We provide worldwide express shipping via DHL or FedEx. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with delivery typically taking 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every ARTEMER purchase includes a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering production defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
